River Meadow Holiday Centre is a select caravan park accommodating 65 caravans on a six and a half acre enclosure in a sheltered valley by the River Vyrnwy, about three miles from Lake Vyrnwy. This is an ideal location for relaxing and walking. You will find footpaths by the river bank, Dyfnant Forest tracks and the renowned Glyndwr's Way which is teeming with wildlife. We are just outside the boundary of the Snowdonia National Park and in an excellent position for touring North and Mid-Wales with its mountains, lakes and reservoirs.

River Meadow is a family owned Caravan Park. Completely uncommercialised and unique, the park is maintained to a high standard and landscaped with trees and shrubs to blend in with the natural environment. There is a large playing field with a children’s play area with grass cutting being undertaken weekly.

All the caravans which are privately owned are connected to the main services. There is a tarmac ring road with street lamps which provide soft lighting during the hours of darkness. Other facilities include a laundry room, toilet and shower room and telephone. Bottled Gas are provided on the site.

The well-stocked Llwydiarth Post Office, Shop, Off-licence and Petrol Station at the village Pont Llogel is located 400 yards from the park. Wi-fi is also available throughout the Park.

Touring Caravans:

We have a separate riverside area where Touring Caravans and Campers are welcome. All the plots enjoy a peaceful, tranquil setting overlooking the river. Electric and TV hook ups are available. Prior booking is advisable.
