Fronheulog Caravan Park has been welcoming visitors to Lake Vyrnwy since 1958 and is still owned by the same family.
This park is exclusively for adults and is one of the smallest static caravan parks in Powys, Mid Wales. All our caravans are privately owned. Our site fees are extremely reasonable and total peace and quiet is guaranteed.
Our park nestles on a welsh hillside near Lake Vyrnwy and each plot is individually designed to offer a spacious holiday retreat, with private parking by each caravan.
The park is situated in an ideal location to explore the nearby tourist attractions or simply ideal for walkers/bird watchers to enjoy the endless miles of local country walks.
We offer free carp fishing from our well established pool which spans just over an acre. Licenced fishing is only available to our residents.
Dogs are welcome and we can offer an abundance of walks from our park, along with plenty of walks around Lake Vyrnwy itself. A forestry walk links our park to the local village shop which sells everything you need.
All our holiday homes are privately owned with no subletting. Most have double glazing and central heating and are chosen to suit your needs. A true home from home experience.
Our park is totally safe and secure with 24hr CCTV and owners living onsite all year round so you can rest assure that your caravan in is safe hands throughout the year.
Each spacious plot offers an unique view of the Vyrnwy valley, some in elevated positions overlooking the dam at Lake Vyrnwy. The views from our park really are breathtaking.
