Sunny View Caravan Park is a high quality, family-run caravan holiday home park in the heart of picturesque Mid Wales countryside. Owners of static caravans and luxury lodges on our park tell us they love the peace and tranquillity, yet like the convenience of the nearest town, Newtown, being just over six miles away.

Tucked away in the hills overlooking the Upper Severn Valley, our secluded park is set in gently sloping meadowland where the peace and quiet is interrupted only by birdsong or the sound of a distant tractor working the land.

Our number one priority is to make owners feel relaxed and at home at Sunny View, so that they make the most of their precious leisure time. That’s why our holiday homes enjoy much more privacy and space than on many other parks, as we have only 63 pitches on eight acres.

All holiday homes are owner occupied and we are proud to have owners who have been with us since we opened the park in 2006. Owners come and go as they please and their friends and family are also welcome to stay.

For those who fancy a day at the seaside, the fantastic Cambrian Coast beaches at Aberdyfi, Tywyn and Barmouth and the vibrant university town of Aberystwyth are just an hour away.

Come and sample the wonderful Mid Wales scenery and relaxed pace of life. You are assured of a very warm, Welsh welcome at Sunny View.

The park was developed from an open field in 2004 by owners Lee and Claire Bebb who live on site and are totally focused on providing a friendly, professional service. They have carefully designed Sunny View to take advantage of its splendid setting and stunning panoramic views of the Upper Severn Valley. It’s hardly surprising that the area is referred to in Welsh literature as “the Paradise of Powys”.

By limiting the number of holiday homes on the park to 63, we are able to offer plots with extremely generous spacing and privacy, concrete bases, patio areas, piped gas, private parking, gymnasium, book/dvd library, pool room and Wi-Fi (payable)for owners.

Unlike other parks, there’s also no requirement to change your holiday home when it reaches a certain age. We sell both new and second hand static caravans and luxury lodges to suit most budgets. Pets are welcome, as we realise that they are an important part of the family.

Caravan owners love the sense of freedom they get at Sunny View. There’s miles of quiet country lanes to explore on foot or bicycle and the busy village of Caersws is just a short drive or cycle away. Although enjoying seclusion, the park is within easy reach of the ancient market towns of Newtown, Llanidloes, Welshpool and Machynlleth.
